Second Chef

Join Team gbk as Second Chef and you will be running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You'll be looking after a team of Grill Chefs and Kitchen porters making sure they do things 'the gbk way'.

You will also be responsible for monitoring costs in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring that each burger served is fresh and looks fantastic! You'll need to have an eye for detail, love food and take a pride in developing people. Previous grill experience is essential, however full training will be given.
