Head Chef

Join Team gbk as the Head Chef and you will be the Manager of your own kitchen responsible for developing your team and ensuring that they follow 'The gbk way'.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen has extremely high hygiene standards. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will also control the food side of the business, monitoring costs and making sure every burger is the best one your customers have ever tasted!

You'll need to have an eye for detail, love food, take a pride in developing people and be willing to take full responsibility for a busy kitchen. Previous grill experience is essential, however full training will be given.
