FAQ's

What are the opening times and facilities available in your restaurants?

Click here to find your nearest restaurant, see their opening times, nearest tube/train info and a few local attractions.

Do you take bookings?

We don't take bookings generally but contact your local gbk for more information. Click here to find your nearest restaurant.

Do you serve halal meat in your restaurants?

The panko crumbed chicken we use for our burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken is cooked alongside other meats on the grill therefore making it non halal.

Can you confirm the items on your menu that are suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Our vegetarian burgers are cooked on a separate grill to the meat and chicken. However, we do not operate a dedicated vegetarian kitchen environment. Our falafel burger can be made vegan by omitting the raita.

Can you give me some info on the meat products?

The Beef we use in our burgers is 100% West Country Beef and is ground and put into patties by a local butcher to our specification. The patties are pure beef; there are no other ingredients except for the salt & pepper added by our Chef’s as the meat goes onto the grill.

Do you have Gluten free options?

We offer a bunless option for all of our burgers, replacing the bun with extra salad, however the lemon and mustard dressing is unsuitable for Coeliacs. Please ask to omit this from the extra salad when ordering. Our beef is 100% West Country and simply seasoned with salt and pepper and is therefore gluten free. The following bunless beef burgers are suitable for Coeliacs; Avocado Bacon, Classic, Cheese, Cheese & Bacon, Habanero, Kiwi, The Might and The Wellington. Our chicken burgers both panko crumbed and grilled are unsuitable for Coeliacs. BeUncooked, the fries are gluten free, however they are cooked in the same fryer as the onion rings which contain flour so not suitable for Coeliacs.

If you wish to bring in your own gluten free bun our chefs would be happy to toast it for you.  However, we do not operate a dedicated gluten free kitchen environment. Please ensure that you make the staff aware when you order so that they can advise you further on sauces and other burgers etc.
